These orchids require a very light substrate made of peat moss or bark and prefer to have their roots in the air. They will do wonderfully in a suspended basket. When you put them indoor, they appreciate the warmth of interiors ideally and tolerate the heat of summer - provided with constant humidity. They also need a lot of light, ideally zenith light (that comes from the top). They will survive in insufficient light, but they will not bloom.
